Our guarantee

General
We offer investigation services with a view to achieve the end goal set out by our client.

All cases weather, confirming, denying or, not of the clients original expectations all costs are non-refundable and are based on agent time as well as fees and costs incurred during the course of the investigation.
Management reserve the right to cease any investigation at any point.

We may not disclose our sources of information.

People Location and tracing
Instigation or administration fee costs covers agent time and search costs incurred during our searches and are not refundable. Location fee or positive location fee is due on all positive results. A final positive report is disclosed to the client after location fee is received.  A negative report will be sent at no further cost.
We may withhold your final positive report until payment of the location fee is confirmed.

We guarantee all our searches are accumulated from compliant sources.

We may not disclose our sources of information.

Surveillance
We undertake surveillance operations at an hourly rate (£55). Travel time, to and from, destinations are included and billed in our hourly rate.  We utilise qualified agents based all over the UK, as well as off-shore.
Minimum deposit of 4 hours per agent must be paid in advance of any surveillance operation.
Drive-by, short term, single agent operations costs are agreed and paid in advance of any operations or visits.

TCMS (bug sweep)
Bug TCMS sweeps are guaranteed as device clear on the day of the sweep.
We ask that no one be in the search area and for silence during our sweep.

Vehicle sweeps
We ask for unlimited access to the vehicle for approx. 1-2 hours.

Costs must be paid on or before the day of the sweep.
 

Intelligence and information procurement
We may not disclose our sources of information.

Our reports cannot be used as certified Criminal record checks (CROs)

Search costs are non-refundable and are based on agent time as well as fees and costs incurred during the course of the investigation.

Installations
All our overt CCTV installations are guaranteed for 1 year.

Forensics / DNA
We do our best to look after any objects sent to us for forensic or DNA analysis and take due care and insurances when transporting any item. However not be held responsible for damaged or lost items.
Costs are due in advance of any testing or transportation of the item.
Costs are payable for tests undertaken on your item and not dependant on the results returned.
