The texts displayed are the last texts saved to the SIM, whether deleted or not. Success varies depending on the phone type that the SIM was used in and the way in which the phone user manages their texts. Best results are obtained from SIMs where texts are regularly deleted and where the phone has been set up to back up texts on the SIM. This is because the SIM fills with texts first, and any further texts are stored in the phone. This complete solution runs best on Windows 2000, XP or Vista, and the SIM card reader comes with WHQL-approved PC/SC drivers, and so can be used for other applications also. Works with GSM SIM cards from almost any network.Due to the extensive range of mobile phone handsets and the way they manage SMS text messages, we can not guarantee that our product will recover data from every SIM card. However, we have recovered a substantial amount of deleted text messages from all the SIM cards tested and therefore approved the product or sale. If a SIM has been locked with a SIM PIN, you will have to know the PIN Code in order for this to work. (Most users will lock their phone and NOT the SIM) In Addition, some newer phones perform a permanent delete on the SMS text messages and these will NOT be recoverable. It works in three different modes: IR laser, Vibration alert, and Audible alert. The IR Laser option is used to detect hidden wireless and wired cameras. Detection is based upon the principle of optical augmentation. This means that if a hidden wired or wireless camera is illuminated and viewed with the IR Laser LEDs a strong reflection from the hidden camera will reveal its position to the user. The device requires two AAA batteries . The distance covered by the detecting device mainly depends on the power of the bug that is being detected.
